Flint Barns presents an intriguing option for travelers balancing luxury with value. Nestled in tranquil vineyards, the setting is peaceful, ideal for those seeking a serene getaway. While I had high expectations, I found the cosy room surprisingly compact, really more like a dorm than a hotel suite, especially considering it was marketed as a double. One of the highlights was the bar and lounge area, perfect for winding down after a day of hiking or simply soaking in the beauty of the garden. The welcome drink was a nice touch, making you feel a bit special amid the rustic charm. Breakfast offered a respectable selection, including options for special diets, which is certainly a bonus. Be mindful when selecting your room; The smaller options may not provide the comfort and space one would typically expect. While the absence of air conditioning can be a downside, the heating worked well, keeping us warm at night.
